coaching app
At the moment of making this files, I as chairman of the Referees Working Group together with Matthias van Leuvenhage, IT-specialist of the JJIF, have made a prototype Coaching-App.
This Coaching-App replaces the coaching form, and makes the work of the Referee-Coach more workable.
With the Coaching-App, the Referee-Coach can give his/her opinion within seconds. The head of the referees and Referee-coaches in that tournament can see all findings of all Referee-coaches in one file. So it's easy for him/her to intervene when necessary.
The Referee-Coaches will be learned by future education how to work with the app in a right way.
