COACHING THE COACHES

The observation of Referee-Coaches consist out of 9 parts.
Including:
 
 
1)   Example as referee for the team
 
a)   Minimum level World B --- 8 points

 
2)   Appearance as Referee-Coach
 
a)   Cloth as referee or JJIF member
 

3)   Rest giving to the team
 
a)   Gives his/her team a good feeling in working as a team
 
b)   Be a gentle but clear consultant when there is a disagree between team members
 

4)   Communication with and to his/her team   
 
a)   Be clear in what you want from your team members
 
b)   The Dominantly in his communication with the team
 

5)   Communication to the referee in personal talks
 
a)   Give strong points of the referee and points to improve
 
b)   Gives the referee the drive to improve his/her weak points
 

6)   Work as Referee-Coach during challenges
 
a)   Is everything done by protocol
 
b)   How dominant is the opinion of the Referee-Coach
 

7)   Using the observer-form/app in a correct way
 
a)   Report of every consult between Referee-Coach and referee
 
b)   Is the evolution during the tournament visible
 

8)   The end conclusion given by him/her for every team-member
 
a)   Is the conclusion of the Referee-Coach clear
 
b)   Is the conclusion brought to the referee, and is the referee agreeing the result
 

9)   Communication with and to the Tournament-Responsible Referee-expert
 
a)   How is the communication between Referee-Coach and Tournament-Responsible Referee-expert during the total tournament
 
b)   Is the Referee-Coach open for remarks of the Tournament-Responsible Referee-expert
